Guest guest
I respect this and promise to not go there again. I agree 100% with everything you said. hugs In , " *~Patty~* " <fdp@l...> wrote: > Okay, > I've got some things to say, and I am not happy about any of this. I'm really fed up with this whole Dr. Kolb issue, and the controversy surrounding her. There has been controversy about her forever, and obviously it is not going to go away. And in my mind, there is only one reason that there is a controversy. It is the same reason we have a problem with our implants. Because something is WRONG. I can only place the blame on one person, and that would be Dr. Kolb herself. Guest guest
I highly doubt that talking about my positive experience with Dr " " would put us at an increased risk for lawsuit whatsoever. That is not the issue. It would be the negative responses and comments made in return that would. It is really sad that my explant has to be so hush hush. How is that fair to me? If this were completely fair , perhaps it may have been said that negative comments made about any doctor should be placed personally. That would solve the "problem" and the constant negativity. However, I guess seeing that this situation works "perfectly" that would be the final answer. I don't wish to enlighten anyone with the information I know, and the experiences I have had with other doctors either. Why? I'll just be argued with, what's the point? Most importantly, I don’t want to even go there out of respect for your recent request, Patty. ----- Original Message ----- From: naturalbeauty38 Sent: Thursday, August 07, 2003 3:22 PM Subject: Re: IMPORTANT TO ALL I respect this and promise to not go there again. Guest guest
, I appreciate your desire to honor my recent request. I just wish all this whining would end. This is not about making your explant hush hush. You can talk all you want about your healing, your surgery, your emotions or any other matter regarding your experience. I have often talked about my explant, but have you heard me fawning all over the doctor? No matter what I do, you are going to view it as bias, because you are biased about this . If you would see this in the appropriate light, you would know that my desire is to keep this group on an even keel, without the edginess or tension associated with certain subject matter. Unfortunately, this one issue is, and has been, the central problem practically since this group was created. It is just better to avoid it altogether. I hope you will see that this IS fair. It is fair to me, to you and all the others here who want support and encouragement no matter where we stand. Now, please, let us move forward.
