Guest guest
Hi ladies, I just wanted to give an update on how I am doing since my end of June/July flare that gave me such brain fog and messed up my period. I've been faithfully doing the coffee enemas every morning, as detailed by Dr. Max Gerson, and I have to say, I really think they've been instrumental! I feel so good again, and it is such a relief! I also do think the dental cleaning I had on June 24 was the main source of the problem, as everything seemed to be exacerbated right after that. I had heart palpitations quite often, which scared me of course, and I was reading in Shomon's book "Living Well with Hypothyroidism" that she had Mitral Valve Prolapse signs which included fluttering heartbeat feelings, and was told that the main thing she needed to do was to take antibiotics before and after any dental work. Hmmmm. Maybe I need to check into that more! ( Shomon has Hashimoto's, too.) I do want to get further blood work done before I go on my mission trip to the Dominican Republic and Haiti in September, at least just to find out what my C3 complement and rheumatoid factor stands at. The last time it was checked was in 2001. Maybe I should have the test to see if I have this mitral valve prolapse too. Have any of you other ladies that had heart or cardio problems been diagnosed with MVP? Patty
