Questions on Apple Juice for Gallstones Cleanse

Hello everyone on the list. I'm new to this list.

I've made three attempts of Gallstones Cleanse. First one (2002) didn't

work. (The person who recommended it to me said it's because my system is

too sluggish, and said I should wait a long time before I give it another

try.) Felt a strange blank feeling in the morning and had a stomachache

after meal instead.

My second one (2003) was somewhat better, but only about 15 tiny (2-4mm

diameter) dark green stones. And my gas problem and tension on the

head-neck region are all still there. (Fenugreek tea helped quite

significantly though.) Third one didn't work again.

Having given a brief background on my situation on the issue, I'd like to

ask for your opinion on a few things before I make another attempt. I have

quite a number things to ask, but like to start off on the use of apple juice:

1. In my past attempts, I've not use apple juice as what I've recently

found out about. There are quite a few variation, going from 2 glasses/day

x 14 days to 1 gallon/day x 4 days. Like to know if you have tried this

before and what's your suggestion.

2. Some procedures suggest mixing the epsom salt with fruit juice like

grapefruit juice instead of just water. What do you think of that? Since

apple can help soften the stones, is it advisable to use apple juice instead?

If any of you like to respond, please do not feel obliged to answer all the

questions. I'd be grateful if you could answer even just one.

Thanking you in advance,

kb

First of all, have you done a thorough bowel and parasite cleanse?

If you haven't, that would explain your lack of results from 3 liver

cleanses. If you have, and are not getting better results than

that, you may want to go to Chang's website and try your liver

herbs to strenthen the liver and raise the quality of your bile.

I now use the grapefruit juice with the epsom salts instead of just

water. The purpose is to greatly enhance the flavor :) Of course,

grapefuit juice is great for the liver and kidneys, and during a

flush they both need all the help they can get.

Let us know more about what you've done in the past and someone can

help more :)

Having only done one cleanse so far, you should probably wait for

others to respond also :) My recipe said 2 liters (~half gallon) a

day for 6 days. By the end of the 4th day, my mouth was so blistered

up from all the acid (similar to what happens when i get excited over

fresh grapefruit and eat a crazy amount) that it hurt to drink

water. My gallstones, however, seemed pretty rubbery and I had no

pain. I think next time I will try to find a malic acid supplement

to see if that's a little easier on my mouth.
