Guest guest
It usually takes me a few days to get back to " normal " bowel movements. I do the flush on friday night and sometimes I still pass stones on Sunday! I usually get back to normal around Monday night or so! Guest guest
Hi , If you had two days before a " substantial " BM, it may be that you totally cleansed out your bowel and innerds when doing the cleanse. I've found the same thing when I ate just liquids on the day of and the day after the cleanse. I had excessive diarrhea due to bowel sensativity. For people who have a sensative bowel (IBS - type), it is probably OK to lower the amount of epsom salt taken.
