Tony, thanks for sharing your regimen. We are all real night-owls

around here, but a lot of what you shared is easy to translate to my

schedule. It's always neat to see how people have customized the

procedure to work with their lives. Enzymes are still rather an

unknown for me but I'll have to check into them, my husband has a

real problem with the oil.

Dear Tony,

I'm very interested in your afternoon flushing as I have always had poor

sleep going by the " normal " procedure. Can you be a bit more detail, like

1. Do you eat or drink anything (besides the epsom salt solution) in the

morning before taking the oil?

2. Do you take more doses of epsom salt solution after taking the oil?

Btw, upon a suggestion, I found magnesium oxide less harsh compared to

epsom salt (magnesium sulphate).
