I notice that while I am eating a good diet which is causing a

constant low level cleansing, I need to have my 3 tablespoons of

olive oil and heaping teaspoon of lecithin granules per day to stay

regular. If I skip these for a couple of days, I notice a big

difference. I'm also taking black strap molasis (1 tbls) and 1

heaping teaspoon of psyllium hulls a day, half a teaspoon of

turmeric, and half a teaspoon of cayanne pepper all mixed in water

(not capsules), but the olive oil and lecithin is the most important

part of keeping regular for me. The psyllium hulls are to absorb

the toxins from the detox. There's some other things I do too, but

these are specifically for the bowel cleansing. Everything seems to

be working together to cause a little bit of cleansing everyday. I

can maintain this for a long time and plan to do so. I eat some raw

foods every day too, which helps with the bowel bacteria population.
