Guest guest
Dear all, Maybe we shouldn't be too hard on each other if we do get a bit testy; after all, gall is bitter and it can make one feel out of sorts at times. Ask moi! I have struggled both with my gallbladder and irritability for ages. I am just so thrilled to be in this group of folks trying to get beyond these problems whether you take this whole thing lightly or are a bit obsessive with it at times. It helps to see apologies posted. Sort of relieves some of the stress. I would love it if all those I love took this much care with their health so they will hopefully stay on the planet long enough for me to get up to speed healthwise! I did my first liver cleanse this w/e. The parts I dreaded the most were the least of a problem! I guzzled the olive oil and pink grapefruit through a straw without batting an eye, and the diarrhea was totally manageable. The roughest part was the already Irritable Bowel symptoms and they are still giving me a fit. 85-100 bright green " peas " and lots of pretty ugly other stuff came out. I'm ready to do another one in 2 weeks though because I don't think my IBS will go away while I'm full of stones. I'm wondering if the castor oil pack would be better for those of us with IBS? Any opinions about it? I have ordered SA 's coffee, will let you know. A whole gang more stuff came out when I did a coffee enema today, Monday, after the liver cleanse Friday night.
