The way I do it now is complicated with the castor oil pack and coffee

enema but if you could simplify it and still be effective. I typically drink the

oil

between 1:30 and 2 and find that it works best for me at that time. You could

do a laxative or drink epsom salt perhaps the night before and then more

epsom salts at 10am and between 11 and 12. One of the thing I have found

without a doubt to be true is that the more clear your intestinal tract is, the

more tolerable the oil seems, the less nauseu you feel and the faster the

stones come out. After I drink the oil, I usually lay down for 1-2 hours on my

side until I feel that they have been released. If my bowels have been really

opened well, then the stones can actually begin coming out as soon as 9pm.

Once they start, I usually go to the restroom a few more time to pass stones

before going to sleep at around midnight. Most of the bigger ones tend to stay

in until the next day but just having some debris come out before bed is a

huge relief and helps with sleep. Plus, by that time I have taken lots of

enzymes and the oil is pretty well digested. IMO 4 ounces is not bad without

enzymes but when you start getting into 8,10, 12 or even 16 ounces then I

think it would be crazy to not take them. Anyway, I will be doing one this

Friday and will let you know how it goes. The cool thing is that the more you

do them the quicker the liver stones are forced down into the gallbladder for

removal during the flush. Anyway, best of luck to you and feel free to email me

if you have any more questions about this variation.
