Also, I " ve read that it takes two weeks for those stones to move forward, at least. But the ideal time is one month. Those stones that someone's passed, in two weeks to a month they have moved forward and are ready to pass. Hope you're doing fine, . I haven't talked to you in a while. I usually wait a month between myself, based upon how I'm feeling and how well things go. Welcome, and glad it went well for you. L. I haven't done a flush since May or June (I didn't record it at my web site this time because it produced less than usual) but will get around to it again. I am generally better from the ones I've done, and my skin has improved...no more lumps on my arm. Had one biopsied some years back and was told it was something like granular anularie(sp?) which when doing search on web found that's just a big name for cholesterol deposits under the skin. Started to clear up after my first good flush in January, I think it was, and after second, they are completely gone! First summer in years I haven't felt like I had to hide my arms, so that's am unexpected benefit :-) Take care! L.
