I do not do a liver flush any less than 1 month apart.. It is good to give

your body a rest...

i use hulda clark's recipe with two exceptions

i only use 1 tblspoon of epsom salt 1 hour before the flush. i put it in

sweet juice for taste

and i use 12 ounces of oil mixed with 12 ounces grapefruit juice

the two things i've found that are draining about the flush are too much

epsom salt which causes too much dehydration. and also the toxicity of the

stones as they travel through the intestines. i noticed early on that it

only takes me a day to recover from the flushes. also, for some reason my

body moves the remaining stones forward the next day, whereas for some

people it takes weeks. this is why i do it so often, not out of choice but

out of necessity.

my health is steadily improving, but i still have a ways to go. i regularly

go through crisis times when there are alot of stones or really big ones.

but each time i pass them i'm getting stronger and healthier. i don't expect

to have my health problems licked until all the stones are out and i can

have normal bile flow for a while.

i also find that for my body, eating meat helps to recover my strength much

faster than what is recommended about not eating fat. sometimes i will eat

meat the day of the flush or even a few hours beforehand. i find this has a

relaxing effect on my body and also a stimulating effect which is helpful to

move stones forward. there is one variation on the flush on the curezone

site which involves eating cream or ice cream before the flush which serves

to stimulate the large stones and dislodge them. hair of the dog that bit

you.

on a side note, i just got a fir sauna (far infrared). this has really

helped me feel better and is very relaxing. i would recommend this to anyone

with chronic health problems. it makes you sweat profusely without a high

temperature. i think it might work to detox heavy metals as well, which is

associated with just about every chronic illness under the sun.

Please give me more info on this sauna. Does it raise your

bloodpressure? I've never heard of a far infrared sauna. Thank you.
