Guest guest
Hannah, EI stands for Early Intervention. It is a state/city funded program for children with developmental delays from birth through age 3. The Board of Education takes over at that point as CPSE. I'm not sure about your state but in New York the process from evaluation to the beginning of services takes about 2-3 months. Hope this helps. Guest guest
I've done the gall stone cleanse a few times & absolutely am unable to swallow the olive oil, just gag on it & throw it up . What are my options of other oils that work? Also I have been taking the super blue green algae daily for about 12 years ....the stones are that exact same bright green color right thru. I wonder if anyone has that experience & why that would be? Where does one buy othro phosphoric acid? I have asked at the drug store & I live in Canada. And is it in anything besides coke? Thanks, Renata

What are my options of other oils that work? Do you shake the oil together with fresh squeezed grapefruit juice? It mixes in well if it is fresh only, and makes all the difference as far as getting it down. I use 1/4 cup flax seed oil with 1/4 olive oil...flax seed oil has anti-inflammatory properties, they do wear off after a couple days, but help with inflammation. > Also I have been taking the super blue green algae daily > for about 12 years ....the stones are that exact same bright > green color right thru. The rest were tan colored on outside and smaller. Pictures at the page in my sig lines, just did that flush last Friday. > Where does one buy othro phosphoric acid? Guest guest
Hi So you only use half cup altogether. Does it still work to get the stones out? I might beable to drink just half a cup of oil if I spread it out longer between drinking it. And I had nothing to drink in the afternoon. Ya, I do shake it up good. Thanks for your help. Guest guest
If you mix the oil with grapefruit juice (shaken, not stirred), it goes down much easier. I just use the white Ocean Spray and it works fine. I've also tried different oils. The lighter oils go down easier, but may not be as healthy. You'll still get stones out. I don't know about phosphoric acid. I've tried sipping Coke after the oil concoction, but it didn't seem to make a difference. You can probably just skip it. What has helped is putting a couple drops of peppermint oil under my nose so I don't smell the oil. Guest guest
Hi Donna Thankyou for your ideas, I am going to try it again & using these suggestions. Right now I have the flu but when I'm stronger. I find also that I have to be calm to do it ...my hubby is very stressful when I don't feel well because he seems to be especially upset even tho I expain to him what I'm doing. I'm his caregiver since he had his stroke. He's always home at night so he crabs about the mess on the counter & wanting the TV control for a change because I need the distraction to keep it down. Once its all down it is no problem, its just to get it there. Maybe I should try it in the morning when he goes out. Has anyone tried it in the morning? I think it wouldn't upset things as much if I just stayed in bed all day, again thanks. Renata

In getting the olive oil down, I was going to suggest the same as several others have - that is, mixing the oil and freshly squeezed grapefruit juice - 1/2 C. each - by shaking well in a jar. This has helped me a lot as far as improving the taste and in getting it down more easily. Elsa

You'll still get stones Hi, Donna, I had read that you had to use fresh grapefruit juice for it to mix properly, and not seperate as quickly. Do you find that it stays well mixed in the Ocean Spray? I guess it's just a matter of getting that oil down there whatever way we can :-) Thought there were some advantages to the grapefruit juice as well. L. Guest guest
Have you tried drinking it through a straw? I put the straw as far back in my mouth as I can so I taste the oil as little as possible. Works for me. > > I've done the gall stone cleanse a few times & absolutely > am unable to swallow the olive oil, just gag on it & throw > it up . Guest guest
Strangely enough, I tried my last flush in the morning. I only got a couple small stones out, but it hadn't been that long since the previous flush. That could be the reason. I doubt it would hurt to try it once. Donna, how soon did you do your last cleanse? Was it at least two weeks ago? It's always good to wait at the least two weeks, but a month is actually better. The reason is that it gives the other stuff in there time to move forward. It takes at least two weeks to accomplish this. Take care, Susie

Guest guest
I'm sure fresh juice is better, but I am not ambitious enough to deal with it. The oil and juice will separate after a few minutes, but I don't care once I've swallowed it. I have started using a stemmed glass and a straw to get it down easier. I go pretty light on the epsom salts and flush pretty often. So far, any negative benefits to the frequent flushing (average once a week) are offset by taking fewer painkillers and being able to sleep all night. Before I started flushing, I was up 2-3 nights a week in agony. My doctor told me my only alternative was gallbladder surgery. I'm trying to avoid that at all costs. I heard citrus juice softens the stones, but don't really believe it. Aside from the health benefits in general, I think the juice just makes it easier to get the oil down. Guest guest
In this case, it was just a few days. I generally wait to flush until I'm in pain. And then my choice is to flush or to take massive painkillers. I generally get a few dozen stones, but my recent flushes (except the last one) have yielded pretty large ones. I use less than half the recommended epsom salts dose. I've gotten stones without taking epsom salts at all, but not very many. I think everybody's different. My health continues to improve and I haven't lost sleep due to pain for several months. I have yet to go two weeks between flushes. Donna > Donna, how soon did you do your last cleanse? Guest guest
Hi Donna, There was another person on this list until just recently who had a similar situation as you. He made gallstones fast and they moved fast into positions that gave him problems. He flushed as often as he felt the need, many times DAILY. That, of course, is unusual, but the " wait two weeks in between flushes " didn't work for him. He, like you " used less epsom salts than the flush usually called for since he was flushing so often. He got lots of stones out and some of them very large. If you want to learn more of his experiences, search the archives on " aluckower " . I'm very glad you have found a way to improve your health with less drugs and surgeries Vince > > In this case, it was just a few days. I generally wait to flush > until I'm in pain.
