Before you were diagnosed with Crohn's disease, you went through a very stressful period. You ignored your diet as well, meaning you did not pay any attention to nutrition. The treatment you were given was a great burden on your liver. Your liver tried very hard to detoxify and metabolize all those medications but you just continued bombarding it with those toxins. The architecture ( foundation, and structure) of your liver started getting weaker. The acute inflammatory condition gradually became chronic and created your portal hypertension. I treat these conditions all the time. Treatment strategy for you: Hypnotherapy to allow you to cope with stress and heal your body and mind. Herbal medicine to treat the Crohn's disease. Herbal medicine to clean up your liver and reduce the portal hypertension. Once the liver is clean and repaired, the portal hypertension will become normal.
