The liver requires essential fatty acids in moderate amounts as does the whole

body. LOW FAT is not really the best way for liver and gallbladder health.

Good fats would be olive oil, (organic virgin) also organic hempseed oil,

taken uncooked.

For cooking organic coconut oil is best as its the most stable.

If you don't believe me look up on any search engine the health benefits of

coconut oil
