Guest guest
Hi Martijn, It is recommended with flushes to do bowel cleanse and a parasite cleanse first, followed by a kidney cleanse. Then to finalise the total body cleanse, one does the liver/gallbladder flush. See Dr. Hulda 's books if you haven't done so already. For a free download you can go to www.nielswillems.org . Dr Cabot's Liver Cleansing Diet goes over a number of weeks followed by a healthy diet which is very much liver friendly. In her later book she includes bowel cleansing as well. Good health to you Hanneke~Australia >From: " mspronk " <mspronk@...> >Subject: Gall Flush vs Liver Cleanse? Or do both? > I am wondering if anyone here has experience with both the Epsom salt flush to get rid of stones, as well a Liver Cleansing (cleaning the liver from toxins) as recommended by Dr Cabot (www.liverdoctor.com). ........Would anyone recommend doing the flush first to get rid of the stones and then the cleanising? Or the other way around?
