I did put the picture up on my web page: http://nutritionist.tripod.com/gallbladder.html Oh yes, didn't mention to Pamella's earlier questions, I use the flax seed oil in particular because it has anti-inflammatory properties. Doing pretty good still, I ate a normal dinner, with some meat, so my gb is working a bit more now, slight nausea, but no pain. They usually suggest eating lightly and bland foods after flush, but I guess it doesn't hurt to keep stimulating the GB while it's active and get a little bit more out. I did eat lightly and mild foods all day, dinner was chicken with all skin/fat removed, baked potatoe, and peas (the look kinda like little gallstones :-) Take care, L.
