Guest guest
We do too need you, ! You're one of the fabulous people I've been hoping would jump in and answer these complex questions we've been trying to field lately. I've sure missed you! I'm sorry that you had such serious reasons for your absence... I'd rather you were sun- bathing on a beach in Australia... with proper sunscreen, of course! Very glad you have returned! Guest guest
Thanks, Luci, for your kind words. I didn't flush last night as planned, but am all ready to go tonight. Have my epsoms and grapefruit mixture in the fridge ready to drink first round in 15 minutes, 6 pm est, my oils (flax and olive) and another couple grapefruits sitting out at room temp ready to mix later, and just finished cleaning the toilet since we will be sharing some " special moments " together this evening (blech!) I'll let you know how it goes, there's always just a bit of apprehension each time as each flush can be a bit different from the others, but you should probably hear from me tomorrow with results. 'til then, L. Guest guest
Ah, , thanks for the laugh! I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one who thinks cleaning the toilet is an important step in this process! Guest guest
Hi, , I'm going to do a cleanse on Saturday/Sunday, too (my second). According to s Moritz, it is the perfect timing due to the full moon. I'm curious as to what the lunar eclipse might " add " to the experience, if anything. I guess we'll find out! Oh, and I'll also be cleaning my toilet.....after my Colema today ).
