Hello,

I did my first flush whithout the parasite cleanse. I ate very

lightly (blended some muesli with apple sauce and had a non fat soup

and veggie drink for lunch. The flush was succesful. If you don't

have time to parasite cleanse, you will still benefit from the liver

flush.

Beets help to stimulate flow of bile. Often when GB doesn't

function well, the bile turns " thick and syrupy " . This makes the GB

sluggish and not all things leave the GB as they are supposed to -

stones. Thin bile allows a greater " push out " when you do a flush

and helps to stimulate the GB on a daily basis so that stones will

not " hang around " .

You should also eat lightly for your first few meals. Drink water

in between the Epsom salt dose or you will dry out. Good luck and

congrats on choosing a good pathway to health.

I hope that this helps.Good luck and congrats on choosing a good

pathway to health.

doctor in the area that is open minded about treating GB stones non-

invasively with flushes and diet, or are they all sharpening their

scalpels as we speak? I understand that you cannot in any way

guarentee what my experience will be, but if someone else has had a

good experience with a physician, that would be a better method than

picking someone at random from the yellow pages!

Thanks so much, Suzanne. I'm still a little nervous about this, so I really

appreciate your help. Sunday is the big day.

P.S. Does anyone remember who first said " What doesn't kill me, makes me

stronger " ?
