I don't know a lot about the disodium phosphate, but the flush I was first told about suggested using that, and the chiro. I was going to said I could use Epsom Salts instead, so I thought the function was somewhat similar? A laxative affect that cleared out the colon and intestines, and relaxed ducts for better passage of stones. I'm not sure whether that's what dis. phos. does, but know that's how the Epsom's have helped me. Let us know how your flush goes! L.
