<<Can anyone tell me, Is there an alternative to apple juice to slowly soften

the stones? I can take lemon juice in water every morning and 2 teaspoons of

flaxseed oil with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice before meals 3x per day no

problem but apple juice (anything with sugar) causes bad skin rashes.>>

If you go to the following cure zone site:

http://www.curezone.com/cleanse/liver/Gallbladder_Flush_7_day_program.asp

you will find a 7 day flush that has you ingest 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

(or grapefruit juice) and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, an hour before bedtime

for 6 days, then increase it to 2/3 cup of olive oil and 1/3 cup of lemon juice

on the 7th day. I would suggest that anyone who wants to start out with a

slow flush to use that routine.

>>> benefit by drinking apple juice every day...The apple juice will slowly

soften the stones<<<

Can anyone tell me, Is there an alternative to apple juice to slowly soften the

stones? I can take lemon juice in water every morning and 2 teaspoons of

flaxseed oil with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice before meals 3x per day no problem

I am 24w pregnant so it has to be something safe to take in pregnancy. I can't

do a flush as it stimulates my uterus too much.

I have radically altered my diet in the last few years and was certain that I

was doing everything right but I still seem to have stones hindering bile flow.

Thanks.

Mama.

Jay, this sounds like an interesting approach, as it would gently

be stimulating the liver moving some stones as well. I think

I may be getting the same reaction by using oils in my salad,

etc., but there may be an extra benefit having the oil on

empty stomach at bedtime. I am wondering, though, about

the last day when you take the greater amount of olive oil.

It seems it would be good to have a build up of bile to

expell the stones, and that drinking something like apple

juice for just a day may help in that way?

Thank you for your reply Jay :o) but my question was 'Is there an alternative to

apple juice to slowly soften stones' as apple juice is not an option for me.

Also the flush method you recommend is unsuitable for me as I have discovered

that for me flushing causes premature labour and fetal distress.

So, Is there anyone who is aware of an alternative to apple juice to slowly

soften stones that is safe to use in pregnancy (24w)?

Does anyone know anything about Malic acid? Thanks :o)

Renata--->You might try a bit of apple cider vinegar diluted with

alot of water. It could be sweetened with stevia, ( a natural

sweetner concentrate made out of a leafy plant.) I have taken apple

cider vinegar while pregnant without problems or rash.

Thanks for that Renata. I am pleased to hear you say it caused you no rash

problems as I had been told about it before but when I checked it out with a

naturopath he told me apple cider vinegar would make rashes worse so I didn't

try it. I will do so now and see how it goes.

>>>there are other things to do, like freshly juiced beet juice with carrot

juice. Beet juice thins the bile so is great to avoid stones. Also there are

other things that are natural and good for the bile and liver...You might be

able to take lecithin during pregnancy. Milk thistle is another but I'm not sure

that it is okay during pregnancy.<<<

Thanks , All my research has shown that Milk thistle is safe in pregnancy

and I am currently taking it. I eat a lot of beet already so hopefully that is

helping. I'm not sure about Lecithin though, Does anyone know if it is safe in

pregnancy?
