Guest guest
kelly heres a question most of us have impacted waste in our intestines, do you agree? if you have ever done any colon cleansing then i guess you are aware of this. when i stay on the blood type diet rigidly, which for me is mainly red meat, i go into a deep cleansing mode. eating meats excusively causes me to expel large amounts of old impactions from my colon and small intestine. presumably this waste would be called acidic. and yet meat cleanses this material, indirectly through the action of changing bacterial content of my intestine. so this is a seeming paradox to me...might meat be causing an overall alkalizing effect? There are other things that could be coming into play here. When you are eating meats exclusively, esp. if you are not taking in any carbohydrates, you are killing off bacteria in the intestinal tract that thrive on carbohydrates/sugars...you have taken away their food source, so they die. As this bacteria dies, the body wants to eliminate it quickly as it is toxin, so you may experience diarrhea and even a general feeling of unwellness that comes along with cleansing. So although the blood type diet may be good, I haven't really looked into it much, there are other factors involved here that may be causing cleansing. Just MHO :-) L. Saliva tests aren't always an accurate reflection of what is happening in your body. There is a decent method for testing your alkaline reserves (this is what is most important), that I learned from the 'Cleanse & Purify Thyself' program from the Aires-N-Shine folks... a quick google reveals: http://www.shanti.com.au/tips/ph_test.htm -- Best regards,

Guest guest
Healinghope, I tried taking apple cider vinegar with mother, and it gave me cystitis/uti with so much pain, and bleeding, i was given pain killers and antibiotic. It stopped after one day of the meds. This happened to me twice, so i just stay away from ACV. --- In , " Gayla " <aeranch@...> wrote: > > Raw apple is fantastic for acid reflux. > Gayla > Bob and Gayla > Always Enough Ranch > Acampo, CA > [ ] Re: Acidity > > > have you ever tired mother vinegar for acid reflux?
