Guest guest
, I take Vitamin C in almost any form, to be honest. I just pulled a couple of bottles out of my bathroom and one is 500mg chewable in the form of sodium ascorbate and ascorbic acid, the other is 1000mg swallowable in the form of ascorbic acid and rose hips. I rarely take the chewable, usually only if I'm away from home and don't have something to drink handy, but a couple of my daughters can't swallow the larger tablets so I always have plenty of the chewable on hand. It's my first line of defense for any stomach complaint and it works 90% of the time both for my kids and my mother and older brother. The homeopathic remedy I use is NatraBio Allergy Relief (I think it's the sinus allergy relief) and it specifically says it is good for stomach upset and nausea. I used to use SunSource homeopathic allergy tablets but my local shop stopped stocking them. All of them have included echinacea, so I don't used them full time (with echinacia you have to take a couple weeks off every so often so that you don't build up an immunity). Again, this works for me when it comes to my allergies. I'm not saying it would be 100% safe or effective for everyone. Lucinda > Hi, I was wondering, what form of Vitamin C do you > take?
