Guest guest
In my previous post, this first liver flush wasn't as productive as I'd expected or hoped. Or so I thought... In the past hour since I posted my last question, I passed so many tiny green stones! Wow... This cleanse is such a gift! I really feel like I'm on the road to good health... I'm sincerely grateful for this group and everyone's shared experiences that I learn so much from... Thank you again and again.

How did things go for you last night? Did you sleep through it or have nausea, etc.? Whatever, the results are always worth it! Congratulations! L. Guest guest
I'm so grateful -- I surrendered for whatever I would feel after the flush the following morning, but I'm happy to report no nausea, no headache, no sickness at all... But if I got Frequent Flyer Miles for every time I went to the bathroom that next day, I'd be a world traveller for life! I really did prepare for this beforehand, which I think may have had a lot to do with not feeling sick -- I did the kidney and parasite cleanse, drank lots of apple cider for 4 days before, as well as ate only fruits and vegetables. In two weeks I'll do it again -- SO happy I now know how easy it is, and basically what to expect. Right after I kicked back the Epsom salt solution, I washed my mouth out with water and put a tiny drop of honey on the back of my tongue and it was absolutely fine. I was also grateful for every yicky tasting drop of the salt water and oil/grapefruit/black walnut tincture because I knew it would help get me better... Because I couldn't be away from the bathroom the following day, it did put me out of commission, but today, I'm feeling great. Thanks so much for asking! You are absolutely right - " the results are always worth it " ! Have a great summer! > > In my previous post, this first liver flush wasn't as productive as > > I'd expected or hoped.
