Guest guest
Yesterday, I ate a salad with grilled chicken strips for lunch. Later in the afternoon, I had a handful of trail mix. Last night, I mixed 1/2 cup olive oil and 1 cup grapefruit juice, shook it up and drank it. I skipped the epson salts before drinking the " shake " . I went to bed and laid on my back for about 45 minutes before going to sleep. Since I'd done pretty much everything wrong, I wasn't all that surprised to wake up at 3:00 with pressure. I took about 3/4 T epson salts mixed in 1/2 cup hot water and stayed up reading for a couple hours. After lunch today, there were quite a few emerald green blobs in my stool. Wow! I don't know what I passed before, but it sure wasn't green. I fished a couple of them out and put them on the napkin to show my husband. I smashed another and observed that it was soft and green inside and out. Within a few hours, one stone had completely dissolved and the other was about half the previous size. It's now in the freezer. So, are these green waxy things really gallstones? Would they have dissolved as fast if I put them in water? I'll try again in a couple weeks to see if I get more. I'm really excited now. I want to get this gunk out! Donna

The harder ones that don't dissolve as easily are ones that I think have been hanging around of a longer time in the gallbladder. I have pictures of some of mine at my web page in the signature lines...left one of those out and it didn't dissolve. But this is a flush that I did after we saw stones in an ultrasound. Years ago when I'd do them, there were never any visible in my gallbladder, but there would be those soft greenies when I flushed, so I am thinking they have come from the liver. That's just MHO, I don't know of any scientists who have taken the time to prove that, but it just seem to make sense to me. Next time, do the flush the way they say, preparing for it some days ahead, taking the epsom mix 6 & 8 pm, that will clean you out and relax your ducts, and olive oil mix at 10 ... you'll be cleaned out and the stones will come out cleaner in the morning so you can view them better :-) L.
