Guest guest
Hi, I wanted to know if there is any alternative for epsom salts in the liver and GB flush. My sis has been doing this flush some 4 times now ...got out a lot of stones but she finds it very very difficult to take the epsom salts... Is there a good alternative for the epsom salts?? Now she had gotten out all her smaller stone ..now there are still 3 big stone(8mm-1cm) in size...Which is not out yet and causing trouble.. Also I want to know what is the exact postion to lie down once u have drunk the olive oil? 1) Is it straight on ur back with head high on pillow [or] 2) Lying on ur right side.. Please advice to do the flushes more effectively...

Also, if you can find Swan's Epsom salts they are a little better (just a little, but every bit helps). Have been told that Rite Aid carries Swan's but didn't find it there though did learn that Costco now has it and got it there. Also, make sure it is cold, cold, cold. Guest guest
Hi..I've done 9 flushes over the past two years. I don't know of an alternative to the epsoms...they truly do taste gross I admit. Sometimes, I put the juice of a lemon or lime in the epsom salts which helps to alleviate the taste & I ALWAYS drink it chilled. Also..there is a herb called Gold Coin Grass..a chinese one I read about on the net..have not got the latin name on me presently though. If you can find a trusty naturopath they will make a herbal tincture to help dissolve difficult stones. I took tincture for a few months recently.. & the last few flushes had dark pieces of brown stones...which sank..plus sludge for the first time...well, I have only been catching the stones i n a sieve for the last 3 flushes...so I assume the tincture is helping to break up the resilient hard stones in my gall bladder. I would try the dash of lime juice with the salts & see if that helps. I also have not been able to stomach the full dose of olive oil mixture last few flushes...so went half the dose...and I still flushed out plenty of stones...by the way. I am only 100lbs (50kg) weight though. Hope this helps...Jilly
Guest guest
-Oh...and also...the best position to lie in...for at least 20 minutes..after drinking the olive oil mix...is on your right side where the gallbladder is.
