Guest guest
Hi all, I did my 2nd flush yesterday. Followed the recipe and procedure at Dr.'s website - epson salts, extra virgin olive and grapefruit juice. [My 1st flush, more than a year ago was successful, as I got diarrhoea with the accompanying pains, and some green stuff (although I did not count the stones) came out. That following spring, I got a lot of relief in my hayfever and could get by without ANY drugs. But yesterday night, everything was quiet. No pains except for some rumbling in the stomach in the 30 mins after taking the oil mixture, and no toilet visits. This morning, still nothing. At 11am, I passed only normal stools, again no pain, no green stuff. What is happening??? Is this normal? Regards, Lina

If you have " normal " stools by 11 AM, did you drink both Epsom salts doses at 6 and 8 AM? Those doses are just as important as the prep and oil the evening before. If you don't do them, your 'stones' can clog in the intestines and cause extreme discomfort. Also, it clears them out after the evening's before has cleared the path, so that you can see the results of the flush. Most all of the time, my stools are still very loose until late afternoon the day after the flush (the day of the morning Epsom's). Also, if you still have fecal material in your intestines after the flush (oil and juice), the stones can be buried and you will never see them. Hope this helps. But I was thinking it over yesterday and thought the exact same thing you mentioned -- about the stones being embedded in the normal stools. BTW, I did not take the morning Epsom solution the 1st time round cos I prepared each intake individually and by the morning after all the night action, I have completely forgotten about it. It is just that I got such good results from the 1st flush that I expected the similar results. Well.., next time, I will follow the procedure exactly. Thanks for your reply.
