I have a question re some of the posts recently. One poster claimed he got 150

pea sized stones and several bigger ones on his 7th flush. I went and got 150

peas out of the freezer and held them in my hand, now if the stones are created

in the major organs how can they fit such a large bulk inside.?

I have been diagnosed with fatty liver 12 months ago during a routine test. I

have had no symptoms until recently. I have some discomfort in my right side and

have had it for several weeks during the morning and evening, mostly. I have

been reading about the flushes etc and frankly am intriqued but skeptical. I

need more than smoke and mirrors. Has anyone had similar discomfort due to fatty

liver and been helped by the flushes.

As I've posted earlier I did 12 of the flushes. (No fat on day of the

flush, no food after 2, Epsom salts at 6 and 8 and 1/2 cup of oil and 1/2 cup

of grapefruit juice at 10:00, Epsom salts in the morning.) My first flush

produced no stones, only " chaff " - lots of chaff and I almost gave up, but was

told that often times that's just the beginning. Then did many more and got

lots of stones (as high as 1,000) until #12 when the stopped.

Then for #13 and on, followed a similar routine but at 10 started drinking

1/4 cup of oil and 1/4 cup of lemon juice every 15 minutes until 2 cups of oil

were consumed. Tremendous difference. Lots more output from this routine and

around #15 or 16 produced lots and lots of white " lard " type of stuff from

both the flush and for 2 days afterwards. Dropped 8 pounds in that time. Now,

if that was fat from a fatty liver, don't know, but it was highly unusual and

am sure that it was the result of the flush.

Also, with the 2 cups of oil a larger number of stones resulted including

larger ones and very dark stones which are those which have been in the liver

for

a long time.

Now, for those who don't believe, then, my last flush which didn't produce

anything, I ask them why? If it's just the oil I should have produced many

" stones " because I ingested 1 1/4 cups of oil. If it is just the oil, then I

would produce the same output each time, but I don't. It varies a great deal.

Incidentally, one of the sites suggesting using Swan's Epsom salts which they

said could be found at Rite Aid. I never found it there but now Costco has

started carrying it. I used Swan's for this last flush and found that it has a

milder taste to it than standard salts and has the same results. (The actual

salts are not as grainy as other salts.) I also use either distilled water

for the Epsom or charcoal filtered water to eliminate the chlorine found in tap

water. I find that chlorine really makes the Epsom's taste horrible - worse

than it really is.
