>>>Incidentally for all those who replace lemon juice in the flush with

grapefruit juice ..grapefruit is not in anyway a specifically liver friendly

fruit in fact just the contrary...grapefruit contain a potent liver enzyme

inhibitor. Lemon Juice is still my preferred companion for Olive oil in

flush<<<

This is exactly as my Nutricianist told me also. She also told me of a report by

the New Zealand Cancer Society that linked grapefruit to cancer.

Mama.

Hi Mama,

Grapefruit juice sure helps the oil emulsify to get it down easy

during the flush :) For my daily alkalinizing, I use lemon juice.

I'm sure there's a study for a lot of things that cause cancer, so I

just try and use the thumbrule that any whole fruit or vegetable

grown in reasonably good soil and pollution free will help me avoid

cancer. Works for me...
