Guest guest
Hi: I think that it's #28 - its either 28 or 29. I stopped keeping close track after 15 or 16. This has been the lowest output since #12, at which time I had stuck closely to the regimen of ½ cup of oil and ½ cup of grapefruit juice. After #12 I followed the preparation, but went to the method of ¼ cup of oil with ¼ cup of lemon juice every 15 minutes until 2 cups of oil were consumed. That worked very well through flush #27 producing a much higher volume of stones than any type flush. However, last night's flush produce only about 20 small pea size stones, far less than the 200 to 1000 that have been expelled in the past. I preceded the flush with about 3 days of no-fat vegetarian eating which has always worked in the past. However, last night I could only get down 1 ¼ cups of oil but that hasn't slowed down the process in the past. I will give this another try in a month or so and if the results are similar will say that perhaps either I've cleared out the liver, or, other things I'm doing are clearing it out. I started L-Arginine supplements about 3 weeks ago and this is known to detoxify the liver, especially removing ammonia which can build up through exercise. The L-Arginine has been a tremendous boost for my ability to exercise and walk, and I'd recommend it to anyone. Another thing I've been doing is taking Milk Thistle for about two years. Milk Thistle is known to detox the liver and even rebuild it for those with cirrhosis. The first flush after I started taking Milk Thistle produced the most stones I've ever flushed. Perhaps these two items together has cleared out my liver. Jay L-Arginine information: http://www.primev.com/Arginine.htm " Liver Disorders. Arginine aids in liver detoxification by neutralizing ammonia, and may benefit in the treatment of liver disorders such as liver injury, hepatic cirrhosis, and fatty liver degeneration.
