Guest guest
Hi, Dale: It's been a long time since I've seen you on there. Hope you're doing fine. You remember I had my GB removed back in June? Well, I was doing fine for some time, but now I haven't been feeling very well. I'm having lots of diarrhea after I eat meals. Plus, I've been losing my appetite. I start eating and just about have to stop, so I'm not even eating a whole meal. This has only been going on the last 3 weeks, I guess. Now I'm wondering if I'm getting pancreas trouble from the symptoms that I'm having. I also had a spinchterotomy in the ERCP, whatever the spelling is, and I'm wondering if it allows juices to flow back up into the bile duct. Whatever my problem is, y'all really try hanging onto your GBs. I still have to follow a healthy diet, which is obvious from my problems. I may have to get some Beta-Plus to help with the after meal diarrhea problem. Susie
Guest guest
<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Dear group, Two days ago I did a liver flush (my 18th) followed by coffee enemas and a acidophilus implant. Since then my liver and bowels have been inflamed. Mild pain and pencil thin stools. Its not a healing reaction, its inflamed. I believe that the acidophilus and FOS went up the bile duct into the liver. Has anybody got any advice on what I should do? Thanks, any and all comments encouraged. michael rose >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Mike; I doubt that the bile duct had anything go up it since it only has stuff come down it until the Sphincter of Oddi is closed to allow the back up of bile into the gallbladder to fill it. Plus it is a substantive distance from the large intestines being as close to the stomach, as it is at the start of the small intestines. To have an enema back up to the duodenum would be pretty darn interesting to note. http://utsurg.uth.tmc.edu/digestive/organs.html http://www.indiana.edu/~engs/hints/oddi.html You may have done a lot of stimulating of the liver, that is without too much questionable doubt, from the coffee enema along with an implant of acidophilus. I'm imgaining you did an implant by an enema since it is written along with the flush and coffee enema. If this is the case I would question how diluted the solution was that you implanted by enema and what culture you had most abundant. http://www.hps-online.com/fastcolebacwin1.htm Moderation is the name of the game in keeping the liver in condition to deal with the gallbladder and intestines, as well as the rest of the body. This is the most important organ of the body as you must know since you do appreciate the importance of a liver flush. But, like anything else too much of a good thing can be just as bad as doing nothing. I would suggest a diet right now that is rich in essential fatty acids and fiber so as to help the liver and intestines to deal with the chaos of the last flush they endured. Coffee is by itself a very strong stimulant to the liver but to add the acidophilus to the mix to make for a large dieoff you really put it to the test.
