Guest guest
I posted here before; I have a big gallstone (1.8cm diameter, after using herbs for a while it shrunk to 1.6cm). Initially, the surgeon was going to shatter the stone but when he saw that it looked smaller on the ultrasound he changed his mind and suggested I continue with the herbs for another 6 months and then have another ultrasound to check my progress. I am becoming impatient though because the nagging pain under my right ribcage - though not terrible - is non-stop and irritating. Last night I did my first flush (dr. 's recipe, though I did not do the parasite cleanse beforehand). I was careful about my diet beforehand, as explained by dr. . I was very worried about what might happen... but it was okay. I drank the Epsom salt mix and did not have any problems with it. The olive oil mix was drinkable too. I was not really nauseated by any of it. I took Melatonin and slept like a baby for 4 hours before I had to run to the toilet. Forgive the grossness but I did have much diahoerea. No stones, not one. Not even chaff. My colon is now truly empty but I am quite disappointed that I did not flush out any stones. The nagging pain under my right ribs is still there, it was a bit sharp in the morning but has now subsided somewhat. I think I will repeat the exercise in two weeks and hope to have more productive results. I only wish it could happen without having the runs, to be indelicate, my bum hurts... Guest guest
My first few flush attempts didn't yield anything. I don't really count them because I didn't follow the instructions and didn't get all the olive oil down. I have a theory that the first couple of flushes loosen things up and subsequent flushes yield more stones. My ultrasound showed one large stone, but I've flushed several hundred out. Flush #8 yielded the largest stone, but #9 produced the hardest ones including at least one sinker and several sharp ones. I've flushed without epsom salts, but didn't think it worked as well. I've also yielded small stones with epsom salts and no olive oil. I think all the herbs to stimulate bile force small stones into the ducts, causing pain. Then, the salts relax things enough for them to continue out. Just a theory. Hang in there.
