Guest guest
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.. Dale, I am sorry that the doctors can't use common sense to help you. Everything Vince said is right. I still have liver stones. I had my gall bladder out two years ago. You must begin a regimen to soften your stones and thin your bile. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> ; I think you missed reading the whole reply I made to Leah. I'm doing quite well, if you had read the whole email. I simply put the whole email Leah wrote to Vince in the message from which I was making my reply. However, I'm sure Leah appreciates the information. I had noted to her that she should certainly start taking in lecithin and taurine. This is what helps the liver to produce a better quality of bile. One of which is better enabled to keep fats emulsified so that they don't precipitate and create stones. Your information certainly was great information and pertinent for Leah but not me. Thanks anyway. Dale
Guest guest
Hi Dale and -- I really appreciated the information you have given me. I am looking into securing a copy of " The Liver Cleansing Diet " for myself. I would like to just get one good book and read it and follow it through. Then from there, I can take a more educated approach to the info on the net and at the health stores. There is just SO MUCH advice out there--which is weird for me, because untill now, there was NO advice--just pain pills and hospital stays. I honestly thought I was dying or something. No one had ever indicated to me that there are many people who have problems like this. And for some reason or another, we need to pay extra special close attention to caring for our liver than others. Do you recommend Dr. Cabot's book as a good place to start for me?? Leah >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Leah; Without question you will certainly find Dr Cabot's " The Liver Cleansing Diet " the information you're seeking. She is a very good and informative writer. If you follow her advice and seek to maintain the principles of her diet plan you'll find a great healing for the liver will take place. It is not an overnight thing. It is a life long change to keep in consideration and not succumb to the " Ohhhh well " factor. The OH Well factor is the thought that I'll deal with it later, if something does happen. This is what has led most of us here. We've eaten poorly for years or have various genetic problems with which to deal and said " oh well who wants to liveĀ® for ever " . What we eat has a lot to do with how we feel and most of the time it all relates to the liver. Dale
