Info On Kidney Cleanse/Flush Please - Getting Ready For 1st Liver

I am getting ready for my first liver flush, but I have read that I

should also cleanse or flush my kidneys first.

Also I should get rid of any parasites by doing a parasite

cleanse/flush.

Can anyone suggest some on-line websites, information, recipes,

procedures, etc..

Are there any resources other than Hulda ?

BTW what about all the legal trouble Hulda had over the years?

Should one be concerned?
