Guest guest
Judith; I also have had my gallstones show up while the doctors were looking for something else. I had no idea that I had them, and I have had little or no pain from them. But, since they aren't a healthy thing to have, I have come here, studied up on flushes, and then done what I could to rid myself of my gallstones. I do not intend to allow a doctor to cut me up and chop out an organ God gave me just because I have stones in it! Since your stones are rather large it probably would be wise of you to start on malic acid and/or apple juice to help break up your stones before going on to doing a complete flush. You may also want to do a parasite cleanse to help your body stop producing more stones while you try to get rid of the stones you have. After a month or two of these therapies you might want to try a flush, but because of your large stones you would definitely want to use Epsom salts to relax your bile ducts, and apply heat as well in hopes of making the flush as painless as possible. I've passed stones as big as a large grape with no pain at all, but I have a high pain tolerance. I tend to think that citric juices and high doses of Vitamin C will also help break down stones prior to a flush. The flush recipe I favor uses a lot of oil and I have had good success at flushing out a lot of stones. There are some oriental therapies people mention here from time to time... seems like it's gold coin grass?... that seem to help them break up stones. Read through the archives here, see what people are doing and what success they have had, and enjoy learning the path to self care that works best for you. Luci > Hello, I am new on here. Guest guest
Hello, Jude, Do you have any idea how large the stones are? It is amazing how big stones can be that pass, the last flush that I did in November produced the largest I have passed, pictured at my web page in my signature links. There are pictures in the links that are added to each email as well. I don't do a lot of preparation beforehand, just the apple juice for a few days, have done it for a week beforehand as well, and frankly, though it may help soften some a bit, from the stones that I see, I'm not sure it changes them a lot. My thinking is that the increase in the flow of bile from the Apple Juice, or other things that stimulate the liver, help move more stones and sludge out of the liver for passing, that it loosen things up a bit. If they are new stones, they may be softened more. The suggestion to prepare ahead of time given in an earlier email is probably a good idea, I may benefit from doing more of that myself, but wanted you to know you can also be successful with little preparation. Hope you do well with whatever you decide, and the best to you as you look through all the links and decide what's best for you. L.
