Tony, what is Bariani? Never heard of it.

I prefer flax seed oil, I get the liquid form from

Nature's Sunshine, other brands are available in

health food stores. Has anti-inflammatory properties

that help with the tenderness that can accompany the

flush. I use that mixed with olive oil 1:1.
