I haven't posted on this site for a very long time. I have been

having some pain in my right side again recently, so I decided to go

see the doctor again. As I expected she ordered an ultra sound. A

little background history. In Oct '02 I went to the E.R. from severe

pain in my abdomen. All they found were gallstones and an overian

cyst. The cyst resolved itself and the pain continued until I finally

got up the courage to try the flush. It took me until February. I

had an ultra sound just before I did the flush and they found about 7

or 8 bb sized stones. When I did the flush the first time I must of

gotten close to 250 or more out. Anyway, I felt great for about 2

months after that. Then I did what most of us do and started eating

whatever I wanted to again and the pain came back. I did some more

flushes but never got the results like the first flush. Anyway, this

morning the ultra sound showed that my gallbladder was completely

normal and that it was TOTALLY clear of stones and anything else for

that matter. The staff member who did my ultra sound was very

surprised and asked me about the flushes. So now the question

remains why is my side hurting again. I think what I have decided is

that I need to do a liver cleansing diet again. So it's back to my

book for the 8 week diet. Not to mention the stuff that has been

going on in my life. From my reading the liver is the place where we

hold anger in our bodies. So apparently there is some anger I need

to release. So for that I'm going to try Yoga. Does anyone have any

other suggestions?
