Guest guest
, Congratulations again for following through. Yes, that is a long time for a solid bowel movement after you flush but I think it depends alot on what you are eating. I usually eat a fruit meal or a smoothie after the flush but I also think that a healthy vegetable soup or steamed veggies/potatoes would also be excellent choices. Fresh unpasteurized sauerkraut is good thing to have and helps with bm's I have found. I just think something very fiber-rich and not too high in fat(you liver/gb just had a huge workout already) is the best strategy since a meal like this will cause you to eliminate more quickly. As you continue, your digestion will get stronger and you will notice your elimination and peristalsis much improved after the flush. Sometimes you can even have a solid bowel movement 2-4 hours after eating lunch the next day! And the malic acid I use is from Now(can be found in almost any HFS) and is very inexpensive--seems to work pretty well. Lucinda, No problem. I really do want to use my experience to help people at some point and your post made me realize that I was gearing everything toward the 'advanced' person who ironically needs much less assistance than those starting out. And as far as being obsessive, I sometimes I wish I could be a bit more laid back as you seem to be but I have so much I want to do and seemingly so little time. Sometimes it makes me less the fully understanding and I appreciate you pointing that out again. In terms of the afternoon flush, I think the nausea is reduced when you do the procedure at a time where you have more of an ability to digest--but please don't underestimate what I wrote about having the right mindset when you drink the oil. You don't have to be 'out there' with it, it's just that if you perceive the oil very neglectfully and resentfully, then it DOES HAVE tangible effect on the process and your results. Kumaara, One flush is great for you but it would really help to think more long term about this as a process. Even Hulda said that it typically takes at least 2000 stones to be removed before one gets upper back relief. In my experience, the reduction in pain/inflamation is a benefit that you notice much later--the ones you notice earlier are improved digestion, better skin, improved energy, reduction in candida, etc. Keep it up and consult with the many wonderful people on this forum for advice throughout your process. Anne, Thanks for the links. I am not sure if I have ever had a gb attack but it will be good to know that stuff if I do. IMO one of the best things to do if you are having discomfort(or perhaps an attack) is to gb percussion massage with your hand. All you do is place your left hand flat over your gb area and then make a fist with your right hand. Now repeated beat rhythmically your fisted right hand over your left hand so that you are kind of stirring up and stimulating your gb. This seems like nothing at first but if you keep doing it you'll find it quite beneficial, especially if things get tight or blocked in there. Thanks again for the links--I will read the Chang stuff more in depth very soon. Sylvia, Thank you so much for your reply to my questions. I will have to use the regular organic coffee tomorrow but will order the SA stuff ASAP. I really have come to love the coffee enemas and think it feels wonderful when the liver/gb 'empty out' completely. I imagine this effect is much more pronounced with that form of coffe and I am excited to try it in two weeks. Thanks again! PS--The best oil for flushing(or consuming) I have found is called Bariani. They use organic olives and stone pressing method developed by the Greeks that leaves much of the beneficial residue from the actual olive. I am trying to get ahold of a study that proves there is more liver/gb benefit from this oil and will post it when I receive it. Anyhow, I have flushed with this kind and with an Omega Organic Unrefined version and the results were so different it was crazy. The only challenge is that the oil is very thick and for some people even harder to get down than the thinner varieties. But if you can get past that I think you will find the results to be well worth the change. Their website is www.barianioil.com. Happy New Year to everyone and I hope you all made some wonderful resolutions for the weeks and months ahead! Tony
