YES! That is one of the first things I learned, as it causes

the valves in lymphatic system to open and close...do gently,

though, I had recently heard a report that rebounding could

be hard on knees, etc., so hesistated to mention, but it is

good if done gently. Start out slowly, too, will feel poorly

for a bit as body cleanses...drink enough pure water!
