going to notice immediate results. However, there is one immediate result

thing that you can do. Start making fresh veggie juice. That's about the only

thing that my husband and I have found an immediate result doing. It took us

just three days before we had ultimate energy. Of course, everyone's

different, but I bet that it'd help you.
