Guest guest
...I am a bit disappointed with the posts the I have seen on this list in the few weeks I have been here. Some people seem to be implying or overtly stating that it generally takes between 3 and 8 flushes to clear all of one's stones out. Others suggest that once you do lots of flushing that you can eat whatever you feel like--ignoring the likelihood that more stones will be formed with the consumption of unnatural foods. I HIGHLY disagree with all of this, based not only on my own experience but on that of many others. The typical 8-10oz flush rarely gets out more than 300 stones and most people on a lifetime of SAD eating have 3000- 4000+ stones. In my case, I have done over 25 flushes this year alone-- each time taking lots of ortho-phos, malic acid, keeping my bowels very open, castor oil packs, doing blended raw food, etc. And my stones still aren't totally out yet!! I'm only 25 years old by the way and have been on a 100% raw vegetarian/vegan diet for the last two years. So it's highly unlikely that without any cooked oils or starches in my diet at all, that I've been creating any new stones. Just yesterday I did a flush where I skipped dinner Thursday night, did not eat Friday and then drank 12oz of oil later on Friday. My body really craved the flush and I could feel tha mssive flow of bile pounding against the tense/hard spots where the stones were lodged. I did a coffee enema right after I drank the oil so that my bile/liver activity would be that much stonger and it was!! To top it off I was able to hold the coffee inside my body for nearly two hours--the whole time my liver/gb were spazzing and contracting like crazy. It felt like I was riding a rodeo while experiencing all kinds of old emotions at the same time. I began passing the stones late that night and boy were the first two bowel movements ugly!! The first was like this slimy, green mucus sludge with lots of little dark green stones inside. The second elimination the stones were so dark they were almost black! But I was glad to get through it and I felt great today. I know I am almost at the end but still feel I might need 3-4 more before I am totally stone free. This lady I know named Annie Jubb has supervised hundreds, if not thousands on the flush/ fast and found that even those eating the healthiest diet typically required 12-14 flushes to be totally stone free. In the end I am a bit baffled at some of the posts I have read because the flush is one of the most radical health measures one can take, especially repeatedly. Why would a person go through all of this just to go back to his/ her old ways and set the stage for more problems later on? Why not just commit 100% to your health and see flushes as part of a process to radiant and lasting health? I am not saying a raw food diet is the only way to be health or anything close to that, but 'pizza flushing'? Let's get realistic. And unless you've done at least 10 flushes with good softening programs and coffee enemas--I would be highly skeptical that you've cleared them all out. You will certainly be much healthier than you were before but to be totally stone free in this day and age is IMO more challenging and elusive than people seem to think. I would encourage everyone to keep flushing, eat healthier and continue to seek support from this site and other great ones like cure zone. That's just my two cents and I like to leave no stone unturned... Tony
