Guest guest
Don't have an answer, just a guess. It's not impossible that you are flushing stones from the liver and the exit duct from the gallbladder is not of sufficient elasticity or size to release what is being flushed, and suspect that what you need is stone softener/reducer and lot of folks on this list are getting benefits from apple juice. Would suggest that you slow down the flush types and work on stone softening. Also, is everybody remembering to take their ornithine capsules at 10:00 PM? I don't anymore because I ran out. But ornithine relaxes the gallbladder duct allowing the stones to move out more freely. Would suggest that when you begin to experience the gallbladder pain that you might try to take some ornithine to help open the duct. Hello, I have been flushing since May 2003. It seems my problems are becoming worse instead of better. After recent flushes, my gallbladder swells up and becomes inflamed. This has frightened me to quit flushing for a spell of 3 months. Next time I flushed same thing happened. Now trying the Gold Coin Grass tincture for past two weeks and am experiencing increased pain in gallbladder and liver area. There is a stiffness in gallbladder area as well as some cramping. What can this be? What may be the problem? Does anyone know? Thanks for your help. Maybe you should take a break from things that stimulate the gallbladder to give it a rest, time to recover. When I do the flush, as I've mentioned here before, I use flax seed oil instead of olive oil, or 1 part flax to 1 part olive oil, as they are both good oils. The flax seed oil has anti-inflammatory properties, and helps for a few days, then I may feel a twinge or some minimal discomfort, but nothing terrible. I think that the poor liver and gallbladder are just not used to working much, and " getting them going " again may be uncomfortable at times. If you have been flushing a lot, let your body settle a bit before trying again. If you were doing well for a little while after the last flush, and have started up again with discomfort after feeling well for a spell, another flush may be needed. I'm happy if I get 6 good months after a flush, then it's time for another. Those are just a few of many possibilities. Hope you feel better! L. Been away for a few weeks and trying to catch up on here. Judith>> It's an amino acid associated with liver function and promoted by Hulda as an adjunct to the gallbladder flush and is used to help relax the bile ducts and gallbladder openings.
