Guest guest
>>>calcium cannot get absorbed unless it is taken with magnesium and vit D. Otherwise it just sits around making stones<<< Thanks for that I will definitely get some immediately. I was told I had low Vit D levels but didn't realise it could be a such problem. Thank you also for all the following info and links on the grain. It was a wonderful time saver for me and I really appreciate it ) Fortunately we eat brown rice. >>>The grain thing...grains except millet have omega 6 fatty acids, the kind that promotes inflammation, inflammation promotes stagnation, etc. Here is the link to Dr. Mercola who has written a book called The No Grain Diet. I guess there are only a couple grains that are really good for people any more. The common ones are linked with arthritis, etc. I think whole-grains are occasionally okay, esp. whole brown rice. Lots of people have hidden wheat and corn allergies that are missed on blood tests, etc.too. http://www.mercola.com/nograindiet/paperback.htm http://www.mercola.com/2004/mar/13/makers_diet.htm http://www.enzymestuff.com/dietsscd.htm http://www.mercola.com/2004/mar/13/vitamin_d.htm <<< Blessings Mama.
