Thanks for that I will definitely get some immediately. I was told I had low Vit

D levels but didn't realise it could be a such problem.

Thank you also for all the following info and links on the grain. It was a

wonderful time saver for me and I really appreciate it :o) Fortunately we eat

brown rice.
