Guest guest
Mama: I have two dogs, a husband and a house under renovation. Compared to you I am a rank amateur in the juggling department. I saw (and saved) your daily practices from a few weeks ago. If I manage 50-60% of what you accomplish everyday for your health, the baby and your GB, I am doing good. You go, girl, you are an inspiration to us all.
Guest guest
>>>2. it's hard to drink freshly made juices and eat right when you have kids.<<< Never a more true word was spoken ) But the great thing is that our children are learning good nutrician right from birth and as they get older they are more helpful in preparation and it is getting easier. >>>After this pregnancy, cut out the estrogen producing foods, fats, meats, milk, etc. Eat low or no grains, no sugar, etc, eat low salt, when taking calcium make sure it has magnesium with it and take Vitamin D with it. I think you have a handle on how to dissolve the stones, beet juice, lecithin, milk thistle<<< Thanks )) I am doing most of those things. I only have good fats - Avocado, tuna, sardines, flaxseed oil, coconut oil, cottage cheese, goats milk quark, goats milk feta cheese; eat very little red meat; no milk; Still learning about grains - Do you have links please?; no white refined sugar; take 2 500mg magnesium with my 2 500g calcium capsules each night; Didn't know about Vit D - will get some next week - thanks!; drink vege juice with beet juice in it and herbal teas and lots of water; sprinkle 1 tsp Lecithin (Is that enough?) on my sardines on gluten free bread in the morning and take milk thistle. I also take chromate. Thanks for your help ) Blessings Mama (who hopes she's doing everything she can and welcomes any input)

Guest guest
>>>Mama, I was the one attempting to get Will to read and review for us all a new book I stumbled onto at the Health Food Store -- The Maker's Diet by Jordan S Rubin<<< No, I'm not sure that was the one. I think it was more along the lines of eating a certain amount of saturated fats to stay healthy. Hmm, maybe my memory is playing tricks on me. I'll have to have another look in the archives and see if I can find the post I was thinking of. Blessings Mama.

That may help make your search easier. The key, from my point of view, is to have access to very very high quality animal products, which you do living in NZ like you do. I have heard your food supply is one of the cleanest in the world. Hope this points you in the right direction. I think you can actually find these folks online. I think Price is dead but his work continues. Search the " Pottenger Cat " if Weston Price Foundation comes up a dry-hole. That was one of the famous studies that is the basis of all the work.
