Guest guest
Hello list! I've been reading and reading, and I know I'm just scratching the surface. Thanks already to those of you who have gone before and offered so much help to those of us starting out. After my first 2 GB attacks (within 48 hours), I was diagnosed with gall stones in an E.R. about 5 weeks ago, and have controlled it by restricting fats and salads since then. They enthusiastically encouraged me to hurry up and have the surgery, but after looking into it further I've decided that's a Last resort rather than first, best and only.... which is why I'm here. So far I've already started taking lecithin-E, milk thistle & dandelion, and omega 3 complex, as well as starting to drink lots of apple cider w/o preservatives. My situation is that I'm a long haul truck driver. I'll be leaving home on Monday and probably not returning for 5 weeks. I would like to do my first flush this weekend, but am reconsidering since Hulda strongly encourages the parasite cleanse and the kidney cleanse first. Obviously, I can't do any of these on the road, so does anyone have any input on whether or not they've done those flushes first, and suggestions please on my limited time frame? Also, " home " is in NorthEast Ohio. Can anyone please recommend a doctor in the area that is open minded about treating GB stones non-invasively with flushes and diet, or are they all sharpening their scalpels as we speak? I understand that you cannot in any way guarentee what my experience will be, but if someone else has had a good experience with a physician, that would be a better method than picking someone at random from the yellow pages! Finally, what is the function of beet juice? Thanks folks! valerie ----- Original Message ----- Subject: Re: New here and have a few questions > beet juice > lecithin > milk thistle > raw veggie juices
