Guest guest
Hi all! Just wanted to say that I always Drink after 2pm and have never had any problems with it. But I only have water and Apple Cider after 2pm. This is because I am a type one diabetic and sometimes my Blood sugar values are so low in the evening that although I reduce my insulin for the day of the flush I still need the Apple Cider. I have done the Hulda flush 6 times and last night did a variation of that by following what someone else posted on this list. I did only apple Cider all day and then had epsom's at 6pm then at 9pm had 1/4 cup oil and grapefruit juice every 15min. for as long as I could stand it which was 4 doses. This is double the oil I usually do and I ended up very sick at about 3am Throwing up and severe diarrhea. It was bad!! But today am quite willing to try it again next week! This was the first time I have ever had this happen to me. Of all the flushes (this one being #7) I had never felt sick at all. It could be possible that I should have had some epsoms the day before to help clean me out as I am prone to constipation?? One thing I will say about the epsoms: They are much easier for me to take in warm water!! Not as hot as tea but warm enough you can still gulp it down. I think this is because it all dissolves in the warm water and goes down faster for me. It still works just as well. The things that have improved!!! Well lets just say it would take days to name them all! but the biggest one has been severe hives. The kind that are so painful that you would rather die than live like that anymore. I now only have them if I eat peanuts or coconuts!! Hallelujah! The other major thing it has help me with is regulating my hormones! I tend on the side of high estrogens so doing the cleanse before my period has helped with bringing the estrogens down. No more PMS! Well I plan to try again next week! Hope this helps answer some questions! Give it a go as it is well worth it and a whole lot cheaper and less painful than surgery!!! ps. Just my opinion, I would only have fresh fruits and veggies day of flush as most other foods have hidden fats in them. Even bread and crackers! The apple juice is not necessary for a great flush it's just easier for me to do! Does that mean water is not allowed? Can someone answer this question for me? I am planning on doing the cleanse tomorrow. Also, is it really necessary to drink apple juice for about 3 days prior to the flush? I am thinking about trying it without the apple juice. Also, what is a good breakfast and lunch on the day of the cleanse? Thank you
