I know that the " instructions " say no food or drink after 2 PM, however I've

always had water after 2 PM. (You won't want anything after your salt dose.)

They also say no fat the day of the flush and that's real important. I once had

eggs without grease for breakfast and my flush didn't do well so would suggest

no fat of any kind on flush day and if at all possible no fat the day or two

before either. The longer you can go without fat, the better. Don't worry

about the apple juice, while it is recommended it isn't required for a really

good flush - have had several good ones without it.
