Can I drink water after 2pm?

The liver cleanse/flush program said " do not eat or drink " after 2pm.

Does that mean water is not allowed? Can someone answer this question

for me? I am planning on doing the cleanse tomorrow. Also, is it

really necessary to drink apple juice for about 3 days prior to the

flush? I am thinking about trying it without the apple juice. Also,

what is a good breakfast and lunch on the day of the cleanse? Thank

you
