Guest guest
Hiya Leah, >>>>So I want to try flushing--but I don' t have any enima equipment (all websites seem to suggest this as part of the flush--is it really required??) I need to do this asap. Please, if anyone could send an email soon with a link or some instructions that a dummy like me can follow--then send it through right away.<<< I just did my first flush last weekend. As a personal preference, instead of an enema, I did a full colon and bowel cleanse using a product called " Oxy-powder " , which was incredibly efficient. You take 6 caps each night before bed for 4 days preceding the flush and are completely cleaned out by day 5, the day you flush. Here is the protocol to use with the Oxy-powder link, if this interests you. I just found it a lot easier than dealing with a colon/bowel cleanse. It's very gentle, non-allergenic, and no tubes to mess with. ))) The morning after the flush and fast, all that I passed were stones and chaff, so it was easy to see what was being 'delivered'. www.colon-cleanse-constipation.com/liver-flush-gallbladder-flush.html Hope this helps! Guest guest
Hi-- Jan was talking about an extremely simple flush: > > I am doing my second extremely simple flush, a seven > day one from this site. I live in a rural area, so I > am using what is available--grocery store olive oil > and lemon juice from a plastic bottle. I just came home with a bottle of cold-pressed virgin olive oil and a bottle of lemon juice. I also have apple cider and fresh-squeezed pink grapefruit juice. I want to try my first flush. After all that I have just gone through with ercp's and having my bile duct opening cut wider, I am still having trouble--the kind of trouble that can only lead to the formation of more stones and another severe attack.....I can feel it coming on..... So I want to try flushing--but I don' t have any enima equipment (all websites seem to suggest this as part of the flush--is it really required??) I need to do this asap. Guest guest
Hi Leah, I've done 8 successful flushes and never used any enima equipment. After the last Epsoms dose, all and enima would do would be to add moisture nothing solid left to get rid of. I'd go to the www.curezone.com and follow the links to the Hulda Flush. If you don't have any ornithine, use melatonan, valerian root, or just try to relax and sleep. You can still do a flush, but next time you may want to have something ready to help you sleep in case you have insomnia. You may want to use a flush with Epsom Salts because of your previous problem with your ducts. The Epsom will relax them and help get rid of the stones easier.
