All that other stuff is the protocol of a person who has less than 100 hours of correspondence training and is full of BS. Jay
Guest guest
Hi Leah, I sympathize with your consternation We all spend our entire lives damaging our health, and it's human nature to want a quick easy fix so we can continue going on about our business of damaging our health without paying any price That would be so convenient. No need to change any habits: Just pop a pill or two or drink a great tasting potion once or twice and we're all better... The way to look at it is not to try and find how many ways we need to do to improve our lifestyles right away. I've had success over the last 20 years or so by taking just one thing at a time and incorporating it into my life. I make it a habit. Once that is fairly well under control, I make another diet or lifestyle change. Sometimes I can try two or more things at once, but one new improvement is better than nothing. It's like eating a very large meal in one sitting: you take one bite at a time and chew it up before you take another. It doesn't make any difference that you eventually could benefit by doing all the things you mentioned and more. The thing to do is figure out what you need to do first based on what you think would do the most good, what you can afford, and what you would have the most possibility of success at. Pick one thing and go for it Vince > am so terribly confused......Websites are telling me to do a parasite > cleanse, a bowel cleanse, a kidney cleanse, get my fillings taken out...... > > Does it really have to be this complicated? Guest guest
Hi Jay, Couldn't let this one go by <100hrs of correspondence??? Let's see... from the back cover of her first of many books which were all based on extensive research, this is said concerning Dr. Hulda Regehr : From The Cure for All Diseases: " Hulda Regehr began her studies in biology at the University of Saskatshewan, Canada, where she was awarded the Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, and the Master of Arts, with High Honors. After two years of study at McGill university, she attended the University of Minnesota, studying biophysics and cell physiology. She recieved her Doctorate degree in physiology in 1958. In 1979 she left government funded research and began private consulting on a full time basis. Sixs years later she discovered an electronic technique for scanning the human body. Today she puts her methods, results and conclusions before you. Read and recover " . I agree that the liver flush is a good place to start. A lot of people have started there and achieved good results. A lot of people like myself would not have achieved as much results as we have if we had not gone further and gotten rid of our parasites which often inhabit the liver among many other locations in our bodies and gotten rid of the mercury poisoning from our own mouths. I've just recently gotten the last of my mercury fillings out and am slowly oral chelating. I'm getting more results from the oral chelation than I have with 8 liver flushes, but I would be afraid to the do the detox without a clean liver, kidney, and bowel. I would also be afraid to do the chelation if I still had a constant source of mercury poisoning in my own mouth. Everything works together, so I say start somewhere and take it one step at a time Happy flushing, Vince > <<am so terribly confused......Websites are telling me to do a parasite > cleanse, a bowel cleanse, a kidney cleanse, get my fillings taken out...... > > Does it really have to be this complicated?>> > > No it doesn't. She is a FRAUD. She was illegally practicing as an ND in Indiana and was not charged with a crime ONLY, because the statute of limitations had run out. (In Indiana in order to practice as an ND, you need to have an ND degree from an approved school and be approved by a board of ND's in the state - not approved by MD's as many have claimed.) She wouldn't know a Faciolopsis buskii (the fluke she claims is the cause of all cancer and many other diseases) if it were sitting on her nose. She has never seen one. She has never produced one, in spite of efforts by the scientific community offering her rewards to do so. Not one has ever been discovered with a cancer by her or anyone else. They are indigenous to SE Asia and are found no where else in the world. How she can continue to perpetuate this lie in the face of overwhelming evidence (or lack of, actually) to the contrary goes to show you how very intelligent people are suckered into and scammed by a sick old lady.
