Hi, again, Luci! I'd never seen this particular one before either. My

boyfriend forwarded it to me. It does sound tempting.......but, I think for

my first dozen or so cleanses I'm going to stick with Hulda/Moritz since my

first one went well.

Hi, Rondi: If it were me, I would explain to my friend's husband who uses a

holistic approach that I really like his approach, but feel awkward due to

the friendship relationship aspect. He should be able to give you a

recommendation for someone who is similar in approach to his. It doesn't

sound like you are comfortable at all with your current health provider. It

is important that your comfort level is to your liking, especially since you

are pregnant. Good for you for taking your choice so seriously! Many

people just go with the flow and leave their health in the hands of

" strangers. "

Hmmmmm....I'm not sure what your question is, but if you go to

www.amenhealth.com you can see what the Colema board is which is what I use.

It is basically an at home colonic irrigation system.

Bonnie! That's such a great idea! And so obvious I'm just laughing at

myself for not thinking of it, too!

It can be so difficult to find a good health-care provider! It seems

like every time I find a good one he moves away. Doctors interested

in natural cures don't tend to gravitate to rural areas like the part

of Idaho I live in. We had a great one (he actually gave me

a " prescription " to go to the local health-food store and buy a

book!) but he relocated to Tacoma to work with his mentor in MS

research. I've since seen him on PBS talking about the studies

they've been doing and the amazing results they've been getting.

Sigh. So I'm still searching. For the most part I've discovered that

we're just as healthy by staying away from the doctor as when we

visit him... probably healthier because we avoid all those germs in

the waiting room.
