I sat on the small net square (its about 12inches by 12 inches or slightly smaller. I also put it in a bowl of water and put my feet in it. I put the metal net square on my leg,as well. I have not used it since as I fell that my lymphatics are just too sludged up. I will certainly look at the sites you have mentioned. I realise that people are making these devices and making a huge profit, and that is not right, but at any rate, being very sensitive to energies myself, I know I did not imagine the heat that came from the netting, I did also place my hands on the netting as this increases the effect.
